| 1. Recently purchased this TV and was in love with it until I tried to operate my DVD players through it; beautiful picture in black and white, no color. Two different DVD players, both same result. Both DVD players work fine on my two other TV's. Tried tweeking menus for both Samsung TV and DVD players with no color coming through to Samsung. Samsung support claims it is a DVD player issue, I should contact Sony? I will return the Samsung TV. I can only recommend this TV if you do not plan to watch movies through a CyberHome or Sony DVD player. It is otherwise an excellent LCD TV. |

| 2. I disagree with the last comment made. I bought this tv in early April 2007 and was able to connect it to my Sony DVD player with 5.1 Surround Sound. The picture looks great although my DVD player can only output up to component video and the TV can accept HD resolution. |

3. I;m sorry , I purchased mine in Dec 2007 and it perform amzingly , but I was smart enuff to know to match the system up all samsung , Home Entainment down to the BDUP500 , Look this unit works best by using HDMI connections, even though they cancelled the BDUP5000 allready I have a 5 year warranty on all items, it plays everything I through at it .

| 4. comprei essa tv a uma semana em miami, e trosse ela para o brasil, pois, esta completamente preta e branco, naum consigo por cor, so q quando eu ligo o dvd e o playstation ela fik colorida, só naum fica quando é o antena. queria uma ajudinha deo que fazer para por ela colorida. por favor. |

| 5. Picture went out 4 months after purchase. Repairman did not know when he could get parts for it. Samsung said it would replace it. I have been waiting over a month now without a replacement. Samsung said I would have to just wait until they process it. |
