1. Please steer clear of this TV. We have owned one for 10 months and it quit of us. Polaroid told us to replace the fuse in the back next to the power cord. We did and the TV blew, almost burning my arm!! It has been turned in to the CPSC!!

2. I agree. Stay clear! My TV was 8 months old when the picture went out. 2 months later the part has arrived, but now technicians are backed up for another month. Polaroid is not prepared nor helpful. I could ship it back to be fixed, at my expense, but parts are on backorder so it wouldn't be able to fixed anyway. Customer service has lied saying technicians will be out within 48 hours, when pressed the truth of one month back up comes out. Rating of 0 for TV and service.

4. Bought this from Walmart in Feb 2007. HDMI went out in July. Called Polaroid customer service today. A part is on the way & a tech is supposed to call. Don't know what result will be. Live in rural area. TV has been great except for HDMI problem.

6. Purchased FLM 323B from Wal-Mart Jan. 7th 2007, unit went dead Nov. 2007. Received replacement part at the end of Dec. 2007, wrong control unit. still waiting for the correct part. I have spoke with customer support three times with little or no help. I tried e-mail, no reply. I'll never buy anything made by or with the name POLAROID again!

8. I also bought one of these on Feb. 3, 2007. It stopped powering up in Jan. Polaroid has sent the control box twice, both times the box looked like it had been S*** on. Evidently, they don't believe in honoring they're warranties with "new" parts. They are all back-ordered because they haven't had enough broken T.V.s returned to them yet to give someone else the parts from.

9. I am in the same position with all of you with the warranty department,my 32" stopped working 40 days after I purchased it,I was told in 48 hours someone will call me and arrange to repair it,6 months later I am still waiting for a technician to call me.I will never buy their product again.

10. I ALSO UNFORTUNATELY PURCHASED AN LCD POLROID TV AND 14 MONTHS LATER IT IS NOW AN EXPENSIVE PIECE OF JUNK. POLAROID SAYS "SORRY" IT'S THE CONTROL BOX (WHICH COST NEARLY AS MUCH AS THE TV) AND TV IS OUT OF WARRANTY. I WISH I'D HAD SEARCHED THE NET FOR COMPLAINTS BEFORE BUYING THIS PIECE OF CRAP. THIS IS NOT ONLY AN EXPENSIVE WASTE OF CONSUMERS MONEY BUT ALSO AN ENVIRONMENTAL WASTE AND I INTEND TO LET MY ELECTED OFFICIALS KNOW.
