1. DO NOT BUY.
This is a piece of crap. Very complicated to use, locks up, LOUSY software (must use Windows Media Player). After 1 1/2 hours gave up on it, tech support said "return it and get another one". Got an I-Pod instead, up and running in minutes. |

| 2. Well ... Jim ... I got my mp3 player up and running instantly. The controls opperate like a touch screen, not buttns. Pretty simple and easy. 2 soft spots... you can only generate 'playlists on the go' and lack a FM tranciever. |

| 3. I love mine. Dumped all my music on it and was listening to it less than an hour out of the store. Great product, I've never had a problem with it. |

4. Junk. Pure junk.
Still does not have support for Windows Media Player 11 (must use 10... no software comes with device). Drag & drop worked for a little while through explorer, but now that no longer works. Album art feature will only work if you've got 5 min to spend per picture. No way to access voice recordings on computer. Little to no support, hasn't been updated since middle of 2006. Wish I kept my receipt rather than trying to get it to work... |
