| 1. i just need to know how to get songs onto the mp3 part. I've tried but i can't figure out how. PLEASE HELP!!! |

| 2. You can't download directly onto the player. You download/rip Mp3s onto your PC, burn them to a CD, then play the CD in the player. |

3. why does it not save the track and I have to fix the volume every time I turn it back on?
