| 1. The V325i does not vibrate and ring at the same time, even though page 24 in the user's manual says it does. I was told however, by a Verizon service tech, that Motorola should be coming out with the software upgrade to fix this. I have found, with my new phone, that when I assign personal ringtones to my different contacts my phone still rings with the set default ring for all calls, whether in my contact list or not. My daughter's phone, however, works like it's supposed to. I think I'm going to take my phone back and have it replaced since I'm still in my 15-day grace period for my new plan. |

| 2. for the banner on my Motorola V325i i had set a specific word. I opened my phone one day and it said "Fax In". When i went to settings to see if my banner had been changed, it wasnt. it was the same word i had originally. What does "Fax In" mean? |
