Summary:

The Motorola RAZR Maxx combines Motorola’s ultra-thin RAZR design with high speed 3G communications. The RAZR Maxx has a very slick high-tech look, combining both metal and glass in its futuristic case design. Under the slick cover – the RAZR Maxx screams with support for HSDPA 3G communications, along with GSM/EDGE.

The RAZR Maxx features a 2.2 inch main display with 240x320 resolution. It also includes a 2 megapixel camera with 8x digital zoom– which can also capture and play back video. An additional VGA camera is included for making video calls.

The music player on the RAZR Maxx supports a variety of music formats, including MP3/AAC/AAC+/WMA/WAV. It also features external touch-sensitive music control buttons, along with support for Bluetooth 2.0 + EDR.

The Motorola RAZR Maxx measures 15mm x 53mm x 104mm, and weighs 105 grams. Battery life is rated at up to 5 hours of talk time (GSM), and up to 16.5 days of standby time (GSM).

Motorola is expected to release the RAZR Maxx in the second half of 2006. Stay tuned for the latest information!
