| 1. i have this model as well as the 8 mile range allso midland and have found the realistic range to be around 2 miles and i live ing southern nm and there is real hills or mountains to interfere but my 8 mile i was impressed with more because not only were they cheaper i found they had a grater range hope i have been of help dw |
