| 23. Piece of junk!! got it for a x-mas present. My mom feels horrible. She thought it was a good one cuz it cost over 100.00!! 800 # OUT OF SERVICE. tried emailing the company, and the email address thats on thier website is UNDELIVERABLE!!!!This companies products should NOT be for sale anywhere!!! |

27. I was on the Lenoxx website to register my complaints about my defective DVD player PDV-705 and was unable to get thru to anyone via phone or e-mail. What are our options? I am a very unhappy consumer!

| 30. My daughter was just able to return our defective PDV 705 to WalMart. She had the original box & receipt. Even though it had been longer than their 90 day return policy, since the company is out of business they allowed her to exchange it for one of the same price. |
