| 14. I purchased this DVD player for Christmas for the family but we did not use it until the end of Jan. and seemed to work but 5 minutes or less, it stopped and read NO-Disc. We tried many other dvd's with same reaction and I would like this DVD Player repalced but can't find the new customer service phone #. The # in my manual has been disconnected. What the Hell is going on here????? |

19. I purshased this product for my daughters for when we go on long trips. We are not taking anymore long trips. This was a piece of junk and having no one to help is even making me mad even more!!!!
