Great Phone

5 out of 5
This is the 3rd and best phone phone I have owned an used extensively. I couldn't be happier with the sound and call quality, the features and the fast mobile internet. Start to finish I can check my email in 12 seconds and it supports my company's webmail. I had the VCAST for a month for free and it was very cool and impressed the many people I showed it to but the $15 a month is a bit much for it. Overall a great, sturdy phone (I have dropped it several times on concrete, no damage)

Love this phone!

5 out of 5
The LG VX8000 is awesome! I've had this phone for about 6 months now and I've had NO dropped calls. I've never had bad reception, and unlike most people, I love the fact that it's a little bit bigger and "sturdier" than a lot of cell phones out there. I had the LG4400 before this one, although I liked the 4400, the 8000 sounds better. The ringers are louder, and so are your callers! My husband has the 7000,the ONLY thing better on that one(7000) is the "pretty" light show you get when his phone rings. No, you can't turn those lights off. So, in short, I LOVE my LG VX8000.

great phone

5 out of 5
I love my phone! I never thought I would use a cellphone to show pictures of my grandchildren, but I do, and they look pretty darn good. When e-mailed they come out quite well. Call quality is great, not many dropped calls. The screen is big, buttons are easy to navigate, and calls are very clear. I can go many days without charging my phone, even after taking pics and looking at them over and over. I love the voice dialing and the picture showing when someone is calling me.
Great phone, give it a try (if you can find it).

Works great, but a little big for nowdays

4 out of 5
I've had this phone for about two months now, and I'm thoroughly happy with its performance. The internal screen is huge, and the external one is nicely sized for use as photo caller-ID. Sound quality is good; and the camera works well, although the screen can be slow to keep up if you're moving the camera. Battery life seems good -- I've left the phone on standby for 48 hours and still had half a charge.
My only complaint? The physical size of the phone. It fits comfortably in your hand, but because it's a little large and especially thick, it only fits in your pocket if you have loose pants on. Thus, I seldom carry it with me clubbing (when it might be needed the most) because it wouldn't fit comfortably in those type of jeans/pants. This is a trade-off though: the huge screens, camera with flash, and good battery are features I was looking for.

Bulky & bad reception

2 out of 5
I have this phone for about 4 months, and I experienced many dropped calls, and the phone was need to be replaced because the software need to be updated. Then I got a used phone, and the screen is not working properly, and need to go back to the store again and ask for an replacement.
Pro:
big keypad.
good camera.
con:
bad reception
bulky
and not funtion
