The HTC Kaiser P4550 Smart Phone establishes an entirely new form factor by being the first Pocket PC smart phone to include a flip-up screen that combines with a slide-out QWERTY keyboard to create a mini-notebook profile that can easily be used on a desk or other flat surface.
The Kaiser P4550 features Windows Mobile 6 Professional, a 2.8 inch 240x320 QVGA touch-screen display, and a 2.8 megapixel camera. With a 400MHz Samsung processor, the Kaiser P4550 also includes Wi-Fi (802.11b/g), Bluetooth 2.0, and USB 2.0.
The HTC Kaiser P4550 supports Quad-band GSM/GPRS/EDGE, along with UMTS and HSDPA for 3G communications. It also has a microSD slot, 256MB ROM, and 64MB RAM. It measures 58mm x 110mm x 18mm and weighs 160 grams.

1. seems promising. I saw on other website that it also sports GPS. but no information about integrated in the 3g module (like P3600) or sirf star III. no news on price also, although I risk saying aroun 700-800 euro... I'm looking forward to see it live. It may well be my next pda purchase, since I'm sick of no keyboard and slow processor of p3300

2. The Kaiser uses Qualcomm's MSM7200 (www.cdmatech.com/download_library/pdf/ msm7200_chipset.pdf) chipset. The GPS function is split between the RF and GPU chips and actually has an assited mode for urban use, where GPS is often blind, that uses cell tower triangulation in conjunction with GPS. As of this writing, an unlocked version sells for US $1200.
