25. i am seeing this is common, my computer wont read my printer and it is still brand new not been used yet. what can i do about it?

26. I'm forced to reinstall the driver a few times a month because computer suddenly doesn't recognize the printer. No matter how many times I click on "cancel print," light keeps flashing and print job will not cancel. If I unplug the printer to cancel the print job, you guessed it, I have to reinstall the driver again. This printer is a nightmare.
