| 8. One piece of paper jammed, then printer shut itself off. Cannot get it to re-start. Any ideas? |

| 9. Same as question 8 Paper jam then the light was going crazy i tried just shutting it off both comptuer and printer unplugged it everything but the computer can not recognize the printer anymore |
