1. I have had endless trouble with my FHD-XS 20Gb. It is sleek, neat and s*xy but eventually packs up. It works fine for a while then does not allow me to disconnect it via the green arrow symbol in the computer screen bottom taskbar. I then have to just unplug the USB connection aginst the message that it "cannot be stopped right now". The drive is then not even recognised and is not shown under "my computer". It is even not accessible under control panel/administrative tools/computer management/storage/disk management. Any ideas anyone?
